With 30 + years experience in the Residential, Multi-family, and Commercial Construction industry, we have a great understanding on how the construction and makeup of your home is.

We are a Full Time, State of Illinois Licensed Home Inspection Company providing complete Residential, Townhome, Condo, Maintenance and Commercial Inspections, throughout greater Chicagoland and over 55 surrounding cities and villages.

We provide you with a comprehensive and detailed full color report with digital photos of all deficiencies found during the inspection. Your report will also note areas of safety, maintenance and informational issues you might want to address.

The average full inspection time is between 2-4 hours, and your report will be ready usually within 24 hours from the time the inspection ends.

Note: You are encouraged to attend and follow along during the inspection, and we will verbally explain all findings and issues before returning to the office to prepare the written report.
